Joe Steele is a Senior IT Architect with 39 years of experience at two major property and casualty insurance companies. He has been married to Jacquelyn for 37 years and has four children. A high school baseball coach for 24 years, he is deeply committed to sports ministry. Since 2017, Joe has served on several short-term mission teams in Consuelo, Dominican Republic, where he led the “Home Plate Baseball Academy” as director of baseball instruction. He is serving as an officer of DMA as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors.
